OUR STORY
Once a music shop, this historic home has been transformed into a smokehouse heaven. The owners have spent countles hours transforming this space to Roscoe's own cozy, canal barbeque store.
At Roscoe Barbeque Co., we feel incredibly lucky that we get to do what we love. We strive to produce the most consistent Texas style smoked meats as possible and scratch made sides. Barbecue takes time, dedication, and the constant pursuit of perfection. It takes us a long time to cook our food and we hope you can taste our patience.
Seating and food is first come, first serve. We do not take reservations. Ordering and service is at the front counter. We also take Online Orders for pickup!

Brook Winegar works day and night to make sure that Roscoe Barbeque Co. produces tasty, local barbeque. He renovated this house from the ground up and is now behind the smoker making sure to keep his customers coming back for more!
